Our tickets are an ALL AGES ticket. Tickets will say “Youth Ticket” on them because we are a youth event.

Guests visiting Universal Studios Florida & Islands of Adventure can either walk between parks (no car necessary, average 10 minute walk) or take the Hogwarts Express train ride attraction. Epic Universe is located about 2.5 miles southeast of those two parks. There is a shuttle from City Walk, which is outside Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure, that can also bring you to Epic Universe. There is also a shuttle from City Walk that takes you to Volcano Bay.

What about Express Passes?

Express Passes are optional, entirely SEPARATE from admission tickets, & can be purchased through the Universal Orlando Resort website.

How will I receive my tickets?

Tickets can be picked up at the event registration desk in front of Ballrooms from June 30th – July 4th. From 10am – 2pm. Any questions please contact Adriana at 786-252-7915

What happens if I lose my ticket?

All tickets are hard tickets. Once handed your tickets, each guest is responsible to take a picture of the entire back of their ticket (the side which includes the bar code). In the event you lose your ticket & need to recover it, you will visit the nearest Guest Services location.

Do I need to visit the park on consecutive days?

No, multi-day tickets do not need to be used on consecutive days. For example, if you purchase a 2-Day ticket, you could use it on a Friday and on a Sunday (instead of having to use it two consecutive days). All tickets still must be used within the validity window, which is July 1st through the 10th of 2026. Any unused days will be forfeited.
